Preferred candidates will meet the following acquisition criteria:
• Revenue: $2 million - $10 million, larger entities may be considered
• Capabilities: Sheet metal bending, punching, shearing, and laser cutting
• Equipment: Press brake, shear, CNC laser and/or CNC turret
