New Owners Expand Market Share in Innovative Kitchen Gadgets
MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – November 3, 2021 –Sunbelt Business Advisors President Chris Jones today announced that Sunbelt facilitated the acquisition of Talisman Designs (https://www.talismandesigns.com/) of Minneapolis by Nifty Home Products (https://www.niftyhomeproducts.com/) of Madison Lake, Minnesota, in a multi-million-dollar deal. Led by Mergers and Acquisitions Advisors Michael Slater and Kirill Graminschi, the Sunbelt team initiated, structured, and negotiated the transaction. The deal closed on September 30.
