Mike was involved with his family’s childcare organization for more than 30 years and worked in every position from janitorial, to working in classrooms, overseeing finance and marketing to leading a 10 school operation employing 250+ people and responsibility for 1100+ children. He drove continuous improvement that helped grow the program from 4 locations to 10 locations while improving operational efficiency and growing revenue.
