Charles brings over 30 years of community banking experience to the already diverse and impressive Sunbelt team. During his tenure at Vermillion Sate Bank, he gained extensive expertise in all facets of community banking, including lending, personal banking, operational leadership, and above all, client retention. Charles excelled in fostering client relations and driving financial success in the rural communities the Bank served. In addition to his banking career, he has 28 years of experience as an insurance agent specializing in agricultural insurance, further broadening his ability to service the needs of his diverse clients.
