Clay Geary is an Associate, specializing in M&A transactions for companies with $10M-$250M in revenue. Clay’s role contributes to deal execution efforts such as collaborating with teams to evaluate financial data, managing market outreach, due diligence, negotiation, and providing tailored solutions to clients that maximize their life’s work. As a rising young professional, Clay was awarded the “Torch Award” in 2023 and has developed expertise across a range of industries.

As a former student-athlete at the University of Minnesota, Clay has been shaped by a strong academic foundation, earning degrees in finance, entrepreneurial management, and marketing. Further enriched expertise through a postgraduate program in entrepreneurship and innovation.

His experience gained as a Gopher Football player has translated directly to the M&A domain.
