Keith Schwartz

As an entrepreneur himself, Keith offers a unique perspective and experience as he has personally bought and sold his own companies between $550,000 and $1 .5 million. He understands the steps and challenges involved when selling and buying business and knows how to navigate the selling process including all emotional, financial and legal issues that may arise and hinder the road to closure.

Business Career

Prior to joining Sunbelt, Keith also had a very successful career in Corporate America in executive and managerial roles for both Global and Domestic companies including three Minnesota Based Fortune 500 companies.

During his corporate career, he was involved in over $2 billion M&A work with companies such as Kodak Medical Imaging, Memorex, TDK, Nexsan, Iron Key, Carlson Companies, Taylor Corp and many others.

Outside of work Keith enjoys traveling with his wife Gina and spending time with their children and grandchildren. He loves boating, fishing and Minnesota Sports, both professional and college.
