Matisse Murray

Matisse has been with the Sunbelt team since 2021. As a former classical educator, she brings a strong commitment to honoring stories, building systems, and connecting people. In each of her various roles, she develops resources and processes to both serve clients and empower team members.

As the company’s Profile Specialist, Matisse collaborates with brokers and business owners to oversee and craft detailed confidential business profiles that capture client stories and showcase Sunbelt’s various listings. These high-quality, confidential marketing pieces bring clarity and momentum to the sales process by translating business complexity to support prospective buyers’ evaluation of fit and next steps.

Matisse’s ability to bring clarity and structure out of complexity makes her well suited to support and optimize Sunbelt’s company-wide priorities as Strategic Initiatives Coordinator. In this role, she works closely with the Sunbelt leadership team to bring both structure and visibility to priorities that align with the company’s vision of helping clients to maximize their life’s work. Such priorities include connecting departmental goals, responsibly integrating AI tools, and ensuring follow-through for company projects.

Also encompassed within this role is Matisse’s deep regard for team development. She both oversees the onboarding process for new team members and provides experienced team members with a framework and tools in which to build and refine their skills. She additionally supports a classically inspired virtue training program that cultivates character and leadership development across the company.

Matisse graduated Summa Cum Laude from Bethel University with degrees in education and history.
