Matt Sobieski

Matt Sobieski brings over 16 years of professional experience as a CPA, real estate investor, and entrepreneur to his role as a Business Broker at Sunbelt Business Advisors. Since joining Sunbelt in 2018, Matt has been dedicated to helping business owners maximize value, achieve clean exits, and transition on their timeline.

Matt is a top-performing broker nationally, having earned Sunbelt’s Broker of the Year Award in both 2023 and 2025. He has also received multiple Quartermaster Awards over the past five years for leading closings volume, as well as the prestigious Sunbelt Torch Award for “fueling the entrepreneurial fire in buyers and sellers alike.”

With 104 successful transactions completed in the last 8 years, Matt offers deep, hands-on expertise navigating the complexities of business sales—from valuation and deal structuring to negotiations and closing. His approach is analytical, strategic, and client-focused, ensuring sellers net the highest possible outcome while exiting smoothly and on schedule.
